At Sukoon Ki Baat, we want every experience to be seamless — including when plans change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to understand.
Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility is determined by how far in advance you cancel your booking relative to the event date and time.
As an alternative to a cash refund, you may opt for a credit voucher valid for 6 months on any future Sukoon Ki Baat event. Credit vouchers are processed within 24 hours.
Refund Timeline
Once your refund request is approved, the amount is returned to your original payment method. Processing times vary by payment type:
1–3 business days
5–7 business days
7–10 business days

How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple. Follow these steps:
- Log in to your Sukoon Ki Baat account and go to My Bookings.
- Find the booking you wish to cancel and click "Cancel Booking".
- Select your preferred refund method (original payment or credit voucher).
- Submit the cancellation request. You will receive a confirmation email immediately.
- Your refund will be processed within the timeline mentioned above.
If you are unable to cancel via your account, please contact our support team at info@sukoonkibaat.com at least 2 hours before the event start time.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Convenience fees and platform service charges
- Tickets purchased during flash sales or at a discounted rate (unless the event is cancelled)
- Donations or voluntary contributions made during checkout
- Merchandise or add-on purchases (workshops materials, etc.)
- Bookings made using expired credit vouchers
Event Cancellations & Rescheduling
In the rare event that Sukoon Ki Baat cancels or reschedules an event:
- Cancellation: You will receive a 100% full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. No action is required from your side.
- Rescheduling: You will be notified via email and SMS. You may choose to attend the rescheduled event or request a full refund within 7 days of the notification.
- Venue Change: If the venue changes significantly, you are entitled to a full refund if you cannot attend the new venue.
