Yes, absolutely! You can purchase multiple tickets in a single transaction. Simply provide the primary attendee's contact information during checkout. The e-ticket QR pass will be sent directly to the designated email and phone number. Attendees must carry a valid photo ID matching the ticket name at the venue entrance.

Yes! We offer special group rates:

• 5–9 Tickets: 10% instant discount at checkout
• 10–19 Tickets: 15% discount
• 20+ Tickets & Corporate: 20%+ custom pricing & reserved seating

Once confirmed, bookings cannot be directly edited due to automated seating allocations. If you need to switch dates or categories, you can cancel your existing booking (as per the cancellation policy) and book fresh seats, or contact our support team at least 24 hours prior.

Don't worry! This usually happens if there is an intermittent bank network timeout. In 99% of cases, the banking system auto-reverses the amount back to your original source account within 3 to 5 business days. If the ticket is not generated and amount is not refunded within 5 days, email us at info@sukoonkibaat.com with your Bank UTR / Payment Transaction ID.

Yes! A GST-compliant tax invoice is automatically generated for every transaction. You can download it anytime by logging into your account under My Account > My Bookings. If you require your company GSTIN printed on the invoice, please reach out to info@sukoonkibaat.com within 24 hours of booking.

You can initiate cancellation easily:

1. Log in to your account and navigate to My Bookings.
2. Select the booking and click "Cancel Booking".
3. Choose whether you want an instant credit voucher or source bank refund.
4. Cancellations made 48+ hours prior to the event receive a 100% full ticket refund. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund.

Refund processing times by payment channel:

• UPI / Wallets: 1–3 business days
• Debit / Credit Cards: 4–7 business days
• Sukoon Ki Baat Credit Voucher: Instant (within 10 minutes)

If an event is cancelled by the organiser or venue, you will receive a 100% full refund automatically to your original payment method within 3–5 working days. In case of rescheduling, your existing ticket remains valid for the new date, or you can opt for a full refund.

First, please check your email spam/promotions folder. If not found:

• Log in to your Sukoon Ki Baat account and visit My Bookings to instantly download the PDF ticket.
• You can also click "Resend Ticket" on the booking details page to dispatch it again to your registered WhatsApp/email.

You do not need a physical printout! Simply show the digital PDF ticket or the high-resolution QR code on your mobile device at the venue entrance. Our team will scan your QR code for rapid contactless entry.
