Booking Policy

Booking a ticket on Sukoon Ki Baat is quick and easy:

All payments must be completed at the time of booking. We do not hold seats without payment.

• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
• A convenience fee of ₹10–₹30 may apply depending on the payment method.
• Payments are processed via a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
• Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Upon successful payment, you will receive:

• An email confirmation with your e-ticket (PDF) within 5 minutes.
• An SMS confirmation with your booking reference number.
• A WhatsApp message (if opted in) with event details and directions.

Your e-ticket contains a unique QR code that will be scanned at the venue entrance. Please ensure you have it accessible on your phone or as a printout.

Seat availability and selection depends on the event type:

• Open Seating Events: Seats are on a first-come, first-served basis at the venue. Arrive early for the best spots.
• Reserved Seating Events: You may select your preferred seat during checkout (where available). Seat selection is confirmed upon payment.
• VIP / Premium Sections: Available for select events at a higher ticket price. Includes priority entry and reserved front-row seating.

For group bookings of 20+, email us at info@sukoonkibaat.com with the event name, date, and number of attendees.

Tickets may be transferred to another person under the following conditions:

• Transfer requests must be made at least 24 hours before the event.
• The new attendee must provide a valid government-issued photo ID at the venue.
• Transfers are free of charge for the first transfer. Subsequent transfers incur a ₹50 processing fee.
• Tickets purchased at a discounted rate (student, senior, etc.) cannot be transferred.

To initiate a transfer, log in to your account, go to My Bookings, and click "Transfer Ticket".

• Present your e-ticket QR code (on phone or printed) at the venue entrance.
• A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Driving Licence) may be required for verification.
• Gates open 30 minutes before the event start time. We recommend arriving early.
• Late entry may be restricted for certain events to avoid disruption to performers and other attendees.
• Re-entry is not permitted once you have exited the venue, unless specified on the event page.

Sukoon Ki Baat is a space for culture, creativity, and community. We expect all attendees to:

• Treat performers, staff, and fellow attendees with respect.
• Refrain from disruptive behaviour, including heckling, excessive noise, or use of mobile phones during performances.
• Not bring outside food, beverages, or recording equipment unless explicitly permitted.
• Follow all venue rules and instructions from event staff.
